Illusions Vinyl Gate Styles

All Illusions vinyl gate styles are fabricated with Uni-Weld™ constructed corners making them the ‘best in the business’. Some vinyl fence manufacturers build gates using 5×5 post profiles which are heavy and tend to sag after time. Some others ship gates that are ‘assembly required’ and need to be screwed together at the corners. This can be unsightly. All Illusions gate styles provide you with the clean, finished look of a finely crafted raised panel door. The styles below are available in custom sizes (up to six feet per leaf), Mix’n’Match™, Classic White, Beige, Gray, Grand Illusions Color Spectrum Series and all the Grand Illusions Vinyl WoodBond finishes. Standard size gates are ‘full cut’ – a 48 inch gate is 48 inches wide. With our powder coated stainless steel gate hardware the gate opening must be two inches wider than the gate. Additionally, the widest vinyl gate leaf available is six feet (double gates to twelve feet; add 3 inches for proper opening)

Illusions vinyl fence gates feature welded corners and are trussed for addaed strength.

Reinforced welded corners

All Illusions gates are made with a truss rod reinforcement bar in the bottom rail that goes straight through from side to side to insure the longevity of your investment. This feature is exclusive to Illusions vinyl fence gates – just another reason they’re considered ‘The Best in the Business’.

Gate stop/handle combo

Instead of the handle and the stop, this item is designed to do the job of both and is always added by us whenever an Illusions vinyl gate is purchased. If you prefer to have the handle and the stop separate you can specify that way when the order is placed.

Corner Plate Hinge

Stainless steel, powder coated in black or white. Corner plate hinges are our favorite for hanging any of the Illusions vinyl gate styles. Available with or without spring loading.

Drop Rod Set

Stainless steel, powder coated in black or white. Can be ordered in 24 or 48 inch sizes. Use on a double or single gate to hold it open. Most often seen on one side of a double gate to hold it stationary when closed. A MUST on double gates.

X-Tra Stong™ Hinge

Stainless steel, powder coated in black or white, these hinges are a must for any of the Illusions vinyl gate styles over four feet wide.

Standard Gravity Latch

For single or double gates – it is best used on double drive Illusions vinyl gate styles where a hatchet latch won’t work. If used on a tall gate, a string would needed if the operating lever can’t be reached over the top of the gate.

Hatchet Latch

Stainless steel, powder coated in black or white. A simple gate latch that is padlock lockable and can be operated from both sides. This latch is most often used with Illusions vinyl gate styles single leaf gates.

Gate Closer Spring

Stainless steel, powder coated in black or white. Can be used as an add on to double or single gates when a spring loaded hinge did not seem necessary initially. Some ‘Old School’ installers prefer the look of another piece of hardware on the gate. Mount one plate on the post and the other end on the gate. Spring tension is adjustable with a wrench.

Gothic

Gothic caps are available in any of the Illusions, Grand Illusions or WoodBond wood grain colors. Order in 4×4 or 5×5.

New England Style

Without a doubt the most popular choice of vinyl fence post caps. These caps are available in any of the Illusions, Grand Illusions or WoodBond wood grain colors. Available in 4×4, 5×5 and 8×8 sizes. A matching post skirt can also be ordered.

Teardrop

Teardrop caps can be ordered in any of the Illusions, Grand Illusions or WoodBond wood grain colors. Available in 4×4 and 5×5.

Ball Cap

Ball caps come in any of the Illusions, Grand Illusions or WoodBond wood grain colors. Available in 4×4 and 5×5

Flat Outside Cap

Flat outside caps are available in any of the Illusions, Grand Illusions or WoodBond wood grain colors. Order for either 4×4 or 5×5 posts. An economical cap used where cost is a consideration. It is also less tempting to passersby who may be destructive or want an object to throw around.

Solar Lighted Post Cap

Can be ordered in any of the Illusions Classic, or any Grand Illusions solid color. Available in 4×4 and 5×5. NOT AVAILABLE IN ANY WOOD GRAIN FINISH!

Palace Solar Lighted Post Cap

A little bit bigger, the Palace Solar cap can be ordered in any of the Illusions Classic, or any Grand Illusions solid color. Available in 4×4 and 5×5. NOT AVAILABLE IN ANY WOOD GRAIN FINISH!
